At Ashkan Fabrics, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and conveniently. We offer FREE SHIPPING across Pakistan on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver orders throughout Pakistan, including major cities, towns, and areas covered by our courier partners. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time depending on courier availability.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available contact methods.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

FREE SHIPPING is available on all orders across Pakistan. There are no standard shipping charges for eligible deliveries.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations and orders. If any additional COD or special delivery charges apply, they will be communicated to you before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking information whenever available. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment through the relevant courier service.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Ashkan Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the courier company and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is any visible damage or an incorrect item.

9. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the courier may make additional delivery attempts before returning the order to Ashkan Fabrics. Any re-shipping arrangements may be subject to additional charges.
